A Moving Experience.

If you’re ready to get moving, you’re in the right place. Here at the Oaks at Ojai, we are known for our accessible yet effective fitness program. We focus on achieving a balance between fun and function so that you get what you need while enjoying the process. We offer three types of classes: Cardio Classes to help strengthen your heart and lungs and burn fat; Tone & Strength Classes to build lean muscles and shape the physique; and Flexibility Classes to increase your range of motion and decrease stress. We recommend that you start by choosing one of each type of class daily as your foundation, then add classes based on your energy and your interest.

Our schedule of activities changes slightly from week to week. Pick up this week’s schedule of classes and times at the Front Desk. All activities and teachers are subject to change.

Unless noted with an */** classes are suitable for most fitness levels.  For those with a higher level of fitness, please be willing to attend multiple classes for an accumulated cardio/strength experience. Classes are geared to accommodate most fitness levels and to keep our average guest busy and safe.
