9 - 11 HYPNOTHERAPY WEEKEND Local hypnotherapist Allan Doane will offer session to help you develop new patterns, new thoughts and new habits!

16 - 22 DANCE WEEK!  This could be the FUNNEST week all year!  Like to dance? Each day will offer 2-3 dance sessions (in addition to ALL our other classes).  Latin, jazz, belly, Zumba...what's your favorite?  Our dance teachers love it as much as the students.  A great way to spend calories while looking cool!  Here's a quick vid from a class during the March 2011 Dance Week!
